a) Air conditions, Mini Refrigerators, Smart TV, Electric kettle.
b) Attached toilet with each room with geysers.Shampoo, Body gel, Freshly laundered Bath towels, hand towel, hand wash and hand sanitizer as per booking days.
c) Attached pantry, not for cooking though, with electric kettle, tea bags, sachets of coffee, milk powder, sugar. Cups n saucers, tumblers, Paper tissues. Garbage bins for dry trash only. Two bottles of mineral water will be provided in rooms.
d) Bathroom slippers, two pairs ( Only to be used within the rooms)
e) Back up power by Solar panels. But AC, REFRIGERATORS, GEYSERS, KETTLES can not be used during power cuts, if at all, due to failures in the WBSEB supply grid.
f) Kitchen to be used by Homestay staff only. Guests can not cook.
g) Open terrace with partial shelters and with well made floors for open air dining.
h) Separate small dining space, with ceiling fans, where six persons can be served at onetime. Food n snacks also can be served on the terrace by homestay staff, as per meal timings.
No food/meal to be eaten in bed rooms.
i) Two car parking spaces are available for use. I. E., one car park per booked room without any additional charges. While cars meant to be Sedan, mini OR max. , SUV, hatchback etc. But no bus or large vehicle can be accommodated inside the house. Buses will have to stay outside the main gate of the community.
j) Accommodation for two drivers, well dressed, available as per charges applicable , if agreed prior arrival.
k) Food & snacks items can be purchased by the customer and same may be cooked by staff as per applicable charges.
l) However, items as per availability of goods locally, with fixed menu system, can also be arranged as per applicable charges.
